Anything blog (Injury)


Coming into my first collegiate season of baseball I came in hungry to prove myself to my coaches and teammates that I can play and be the person they can trust on the field. I am a pitcher and we all have to do our own workout with weighted balls, running and bands to get our arms ready before every time we throw. With that being said I was injured a week ago and saw our doctor and was told that I over threw, over lifted, over did bands and weighted balls, and messed up my shoulder and I am unable to throw for a couple of weeks. This put me in a really depressing time because of how hard I worked in the off season and to now go nowhere, so I now have to sit out for a couple of weeks and do rehab to heal my shoulder and gain my strength back.
